Hairs Memoirs: Memoirs from my hairbrush and my drainpipe. A study on how and when hair detached from the human head becomes disgusting. By using loose hair to create painterly compositions, I experiment with the line between what becomes gross and what becomes beautiful. How far do I have to push to make hair look disgusting when presented through the beautiful process of the cyanotype? Is hair by itself what’s disgusting, or is it in the presentation?
